Request deletion of your HappyMind account and associated data.
This page is the public web resource for account-deletion requests linked from app-store listings and support materials. You do not need access to the app to use it.
1. Start your request
Email our privacy team
To request deletion of your HappyMind account and associated app data, email our privacy team from the email address linked to your account where possible.
If email is unavailable on your device, you can write manually to privacy@happymindlabs.co.uk.
2. What to include
Details that help us verify the request
- The email address used for your HappyMind account
- Your full name, if it appears on the account
- Your platform and device type, if known
- Whether you want account deletion only, or deletion plus a data export review first
- Any active subscription context that may affect billing timing
3. What happens next
How deletion requests are handled
- We may ask you to verify account ownership before completing the request.
- Deleting your account will remove access to the HappyMind app and associated account data.
- If you have an active subscription, cancel renewal through Apple or Google Play as well.
- Deleting the account does not itself reverse charges already processed by Apple or Google Play.
- Some limited records may be retained where required for fraud prevention, billing, tax or legal compliance.
