Billing
Subscriptions and refunds
Apple subscriptions are billed and refunded by Apple. Google Play
and direct web purchases are reviewed by HappyMind Labs under the
refund terms shown below.
- Apple App Store purchases must be refunded through Apple.
- Google Play or direct purchases may be reviewed within 14 days of purchase.
- Cancelling a subscription stops renewal at the end of the current term.
- Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription by itself.
Privacy
Account deletion and data requests
You can request access, correction, deletion, export or restriction
of your personal data. Please send requests from the email address
associated with your account where possible.
Safety
HappyMind is not crisis care
HappyMind is a self-help and AI-guided reflection tool. It is not a
medical device, diagnosis service, emergency line or substitute for
a licensed clinician.
- If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services now.
- If you are considering self-harm or suicide, seek urgent in-person professional help.
- Do not rely on the app alone for emergency or acute psychiatric support.
